Partner and Director

Doug is a qualified Accountant with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting.  As well as qualifying as a CPA, he holds a practising certificate with CPA Australia, a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning), a Registered Tax Agent, and Accredited Mortgage and Finance Broker.
Doug has worked in Public Practice since 1998 and brings to the practice considerable knowledge gained from his exposure to business management, business lending and international trade documentation gained while working in the banking sector.
Doug is a Rugby enthusiast and a failed marathon runner.

Ben Fitch B Bus (Acc) CPA

Partner and Director

Ben is a qualified Accountant with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting, has qualified as a CPA and holds a Practising Certificate with CPA Australia.  Ben is a Registered Tax Agent, and Accredited Mortgage and Finance Broker.
Ben has worked in Public Practice since 1997 where he has been exposed to a variety of industries.  Ben worked in several firms, both in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast, before joining Doug in Partnership at Impact Accounting Solutions Pty Ltd in June 2004.   
Ben is a former Rugby League player and a keen observer of the sport of kings.

Chris Graham B Fin Admin

Accountant

Chris has been working in Public Practice for the past 10 years both here in Queensland and NSW.  Chris can assist you in the preparation of financial reports, preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, companies and trusts, structure set up and advice, cash flow statements and Due Diligence.

Golf and Football (soccer) are his real passions. With Liverpool FC at the top of those lists.

Leeza Cox

Accountant

Leeza holds a Diploma in Accounting and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians Australia. Leeza has had 20 years experience in Public Practice Accounting firms on the Gold Coast incorporating all types of tax preparation work and specializes in Self Managed Superannuation compliance work.

Leeza enjoys the challenge of achieving a work/life balance as she has a young family with her husband, Darren.

Malinda Bosiljevac B Bus (Acc) CPA/CA

Accountant

Malinda graduated from RMIT University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and is qualified as both a CPA and a Chartered Accountant.  She began her career in public practice with KPMG in 1992 and has 20 years experience in all areas of accounting and taxation work.  Malinda was the sole principal of her own accounting practice from January 1997 until June 2011 and has considerable knowledge in business management (especially issues pertaining to small business), structure set up and advice, and self managed superannuation funds. 

Malinda loves to travel and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Annette Pleavin B Bus ASA

Accountant

Annette holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting from Griffith University.  She is currently studying towards her CPA qualifications and holds an Associate membership with CPA Australia.  Annette has worked in the accounting field as a tax accountant for over 15 years.

Annette enjoys spending time with her family when she is not working.

Rebecca Smith B Bus
 

Lending Manager

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business and has extensive knowledge in business banking with over 17 years experience working for National Australia Bank along with a period working for Royal Bank of Scotland in London. Rebecca is an Accredited Mortgage and Finance Broker.

During her time in banking, Rebecca has provided various financial solutions for individual and business clients. Rebecca brings these skills to practice, managing our Finance Broking business through Impact Investments Solutions Pty Ltd.

Rebecca's interests include travel, doing lunch and spending time with her family.

 

Margaret Frankland

Bookkeeper

Margaret holds a Diploma of Accounting and a Graduate Diploma of Administration.  Margaret is highly experienced with 40 years in Accounting and Management Roles.  She has been with this firm and its predecessor since August 2000 and has an excellent rapport with all of the firm and clients.

Margaret has a passion for elephants and the outback.

Kerry Kable

Bookkeeper

Kerry comes from varied background in the construction & other industries but has spent the last 10 years in the accounting profession having experience in the preparation of financial accounts / bas returns & bookkeeping. Kerry has many years of experience in a number of accounting software applications & providing advice to clients on how to operate the software in relation to recording their business financial data. The only things she loves more than work is travelling the world & has a passion to help the worlds wildlife survive.

Natasha Vanroon

Bookkeeper

Natasha is currently studying her Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting at Griffith University. She has spent the last seven years working in the Marine industry and has experience in all areas of accounts including bookkeeping, preparing financial reports and BAS preparation.

Natasha’s interests include reading, camping and spending time with her family.
 

Paula Greene

Bookkeeper

Paula has a Diploma In Management. Her varied career path has taken her from Retail through to Engineering. She joined the accounting industry in 2004 and has experience in all areas of accounts including bookkeeping, preparation of BAS & Financial reports. In addition to working with our firm Paula owns a successful Hairdressing business which she started from scratch in 2008.

Paula's interests include Horse racing, Travel and socialising with wonderful friends.

Clare Fitch BSc

Office Administrator

Clare has been part of the Impact team since February 2010. She holds a Bachelors degree in Science from Griffith University and since graduation has had over 10 years experience in Administration working in  in a variety of businesses including the care industry, security services and the education sector both here in Australia and overseas. Clare's interests include cooking, travel and spending time with family.
